Because alignment matters more than opportunity
COLLABORATION VALUES
Thank you for your interest in partnering with me! I appreciate you taking time to understand how I approach collaborations.
I am a meditation teacher and personal ceremony guide who helps women in midlife and beyond reconnect with their truth and step into their purpose.
I love collaborating with people who share my commitment to depth, integrity, and authentic connection. When the fit is right, collaborations create something meaningful for both our communities.
I'm intentional about partnerships because I want to ensure they align with my values and genuinely serve the people we work with. I hope these guidelines will help you understand what I look for and whether we might be a good match.
If after reading this you feel we're aligned, I'd be happy to hear from you.
WHO I AM & WHAT INFORMS MY WORK
I grew up in a half-English, half-Irish, working-class family in London. I’m an introvert who thrives on connection. Midlife has also unveiled that I’m neurodivergent, and although I never had the language for that as a child, it’s a relief to finally fit those pieces of the puzzle together.
I was on the periphery of corporate spaces for the first two decades of my working life and I always felt as though I didn’t quite fit. Working for myself has been the hardest and most liberating thing I’ve ever done.
I’ve studied and practiced meditation for decades, in London, India, and New York, and I've taught yoga and meditation in various countries and settings. I identify with a secular, nature-based approach to meditation practice.
A former Catholic (by birth, not by choice), I've been exploring my Irish ancestry for the last two years and feel deeply connected to pagan practices rooted in reciprocity with the earth.
I'm a white woman who has participated in predominantly white spaces without asking enough questions beforehand about diversity and representation. I'm committed to doing better.
I actively consider cultural appropriation, when to step forward and when to make space, and how to be in integrity with my work.
I teach personalized meditation (Elevations) and create threshold ceremonies supporting midlife women through transitions, identity shifts, and life recalibration.
When people need support outside my expertise, I refer them to practitioners better suited for what they need.
WHAT I LOOK FOR IN COLLABORATIONS
Shared Values
Cultural Integrity: We acknowledge the lineage and origins of the practices we teach. We approach traditions with respect rather than extraction.
Pro-Aging Stance: We believe in honoring each life stage and supporting women as they age. We don't promote anti-aging messaging or products.
Depth Over Performance: We prioritize authentic connection over curated perfection. Our work has substance, not just aesthetic.
Intersectional Awareness: We’re thoughtful about representation, diverse perspectives, and who's centered in our work.
Reciprocity and Respect: Collaboration means care - for the earth, for people, for each other. We believe in partnerships that benefit everyone involved.
✺ I HAVE A BOUNDARY AROUND ✺
Practices presented without cultural context or lineage acknowledgment
Extraction from traditions without honoring their origins
Anti-aging content or products
Diet culture or "health" supplements that support body shame
All-white groups without acknowledgment of that limitation
MLM or affiliate-heavy business models
COLLABORATIONS i’M MOST DRAWN TO
While I'm open to proposals that align with my values, I'm particularly interested in:
✺ Retreat collaborations where personalized meditation and threshold work complement existing programming
✺ Corporate partnerships where personalized meditation supports women managing workplace challenges, life transitions, and professional growth
✺ Online workshops for intimate groups (10-25) focused on midlife navigation and identity shifts
✺ Podcast appearances exploring aging, meditation, and life transitions through heartfelt conversation that acknowledges the messy intersections.
If your proposal falls into one of these areas, I'd especially love to hear from you!
